Reward and Recognition just got bigger and better at Highbourne Group! And there’s more to come…

At Highbourne Group we aren't just evolving our business, products and strategy, to add to that we’re also evolving how we recognise and reward our people and how we can become the best place to work. 

Our reward team works hard to find the most competitive benefits which we can describe as real benefits rather than traditional outdated perks (annual leave is a legal requirement not a benefit!). So far in 2023 there have been numerous rewards been added;

From 30th March 2023, Highbourne Group has partnered with the Dental Voluntary Insurance plan provided by Bupa. This gives you the reassurance of being able to access a dentist quickly and easily as well as claiming cash-back on your dental treatment.

Higbourne Group continued to commit to paying at least the Real Living Wage from 1st April 2023. This equates to £10.90 per hour outside of London and £11.95 within London. On top of this, we  showed our commitment to our People in our annual salary review by increasing wages by up to 9%.

Already committing to Net Carbon Neutral 2050, we wanted to see how we could help our colleagues in how we can become greener, therefore from 30th March 2023 

This means our colleagues are able to attain a flexible car lease scheme from our partner - allowing you to pay through a salary sacrifice payroll deduction, providing you with additional tax and/or national insurance savings.

Buying a house can be daunting and quite often you can not know where to start whether it is your first time or you’ve done it before, interest rates are always changing as well as knowing what you need to do. 

Highbourne Group have partnered with Radcliffe & Newlands to support our colleagues in securing the best available mortgages. This can be if you are a first time buyer, your current rate is coming to an end, or just need some general advice.

The service is free to use to all Highbourne colleagues and their family. 

In May 2023, Highbourne Group is going to introduce a Colleague Lottery with our first draw being in August. The lottery encourages regular and consistent donations from employees with a charity we all are warmed to support - Teenage Cancer Trust. 

By deducting a voluntary small amount from each participant's salary, it enables individuals to contribute sustainably to charitable causes on an ongoing basis.

It is easy and convenient to sign up too and also gives you the chance to win big by giving back!
