At City Plumbing there’s a huge focus on well-being - one of the positives of Covid and working from home - lots to get involved in and help shape a culture you want to be part of. There’s a real drive to create a culture where everyone feels included and looked after. I joined in 2020 for the second time as an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and now lead the team as Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with my manager and other members of the team, I’ve been able to map out exactly where I want to go and set goals to reach. Continuing to expand my skills and grow is really important to me and I feel lucky to have that support to help me continue to reach for the next stage in my career. I’m encouraged to get involved in projects that interest me and where I can add value. It’s nice that teams are open to collaborating and you can come out of ‘your bubble’ to get to the end goal. I feel motivated by my team and the people around me to be better, I love being able to challenge in both directions and have the opportunity to seek out information crossing departments and projects.
